Welcome to HSD Express. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
• An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud). If your payment was taken, it will be fully refunded.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards.
• Delivery is FREE on orders over £50; otherwise a delivery charge of £4.99 applies.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within the United Kingdom.
• Estimated delivery times are shown on your order and in your account. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• To start a return, use the "Return & refund" button in your account, or contact us.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days (your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it).
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order from your account while it is still being prepared (status "paid" or "processing"). Once shipped, please use the returns process instead.

7. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.

8. Product information

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor specification changes by manufacturers can occur.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, design) belongs to HSD Express or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
